CONVEYOR BELTS FOR HANDLING OF WOOD AND SIMILAR ELEMENTS

The roller shutters are specific conveyors to be used in the handling of  various kinds of products in an autonomous or combined manner. In particular, thanks to their adaptability, reliability, and ease of management, they are suitable for insertion in painting systems, and used for the movement of chairs in the areas of application cycles, correspondence, and packaging.
They are made of:
• Structures with guides for the sliding of the chains, made of sheet steel and steel sections joined together by welding, constituting modules prepared for assembly using bolts.
• Drag chains closed in ring.
• Shutters made of pressed galvanized sheet steel for the realization of a full surface for supporting the elements.
• Tested protective casing.
• Gearmotor coupled to the primary transmission axis equipped with toothed crowns at the same pace of the chains.
• Secondary axis equipped with toothed crowns at the same pace to the chains with sliding slides and centering chains.
• Control panel with remote buttons for regulation and drive.
• Limit switches and sensors with related safety and protection systems.

The standard dimensions are from 3 to 30 meters in length, from 0.6 to 6 meters in width and 0.4 meters in height. For special needs they can be made with non-standard sizes.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTERS FOR MOVING CHAIRS

The mono-rail chain conveyors are simple and robust handling systems, suitable for transporting different types of products, components or various objects, solving the problems of movement and storage with the connection of one or more zones of a production cycle.
The particular characteristic of these conveyors is to develop trajectories, as well as on the plane and in height. Thanks to the horizontal and vertical curves, they wind inside the industrial buildings reaching points sometimes isolated with less opportunities for garrison.
A careful study of the interior environments, leads to the sizing of the layout of the transport system, in such a way as to exploit the spaces in an ergonomic manner, also thanks to the possibility of installing them on the ground on the floor and in suspension or on pylons or anchored directly to the ceiling.
In the field of painting systems, in particular those of wooden chairs, they are used to cover different functions, in addition to handling. One of these is to simplify the painting phase, placing the elements on special supports that are hooked, with special attachments, to the towing chain; thanks to modern automated painting systems (anthropomorphic robots or reciprocators equipped with pistol systems, cups or disc) and the ability to adjust the transit speed of the pieces in front of the painting booths or in the paintwork, we obtain automated systems in which the devices varnishing or painting "pursue" the element to be treated.
Another function is to move, and at the same time contain, the painted or painted components inside the drying tunnels, by means of serpentine circuits which, at adequate speed, give the paint or the color to dry out.
These are composed of: 
• Frame suitable for supporting rails and elements.
• Internal sliding chain on orthogonal axes with relative accessories.
• Chain towing groups.
• Control panel with speed regulation systems.
• Digestion devices, protection and monitoring screens.
