WATER VEHICLE PAINTING BOOTHS

From 2 to 6 meters

Water curtain booths made of modular elements in galvanized or stainless steel sheets, assembled by bolts. They are suitable for spray painting of manual or robotic type on wooden elements or planes or similar materials. Designed to capture and separate the overspray from the air through a water abatement system. They are composed of:

• Front panel of the first impact of the overspray, made of austenitic stainless steel for the sliding of a water film ensured by a recirculation pump.

• Secondary panel for the flow of the water film with drain in the collection tank (external or buried).
• Front opening of depression connected to the plenum.
• Rear diaphragms and decanting with spray nozzles for residual overspray abatement.
• Air-tight devices.
• Air conveying plenum equipped with specific filters complete with electric suction unit (s).
• Air expulsion line with nozzles for emission measurements.
• Control panel.

The cabins can be installed on pressurized or unpainted painting systems.

They are suitable for the use of small and medium quantities painting.

They can be equipped with a sludge-water separator-sludge unit.

DRY PAINTING BOOTHS

From 1.5 to 6 meters

Dry booths made up of modular elements in galvanized sheet assembled by bolts. Designed to pick up and separate the overspray from the air by means of a dry-type multilayer filter abatement system, complying with current regulations in force, they are suitable for spray painting (for moderate quantities) of manual or robotized type on certain elements and wooden, iron and similar floors. Finalized for artisanal use, they represent a simple and rational technical solution; combined with the various accessories, they facilitate maintenance operations. They make it possible to keep the internal working areas as well as the external environment healthy.

Cabins are composed of:

• Front-impact front-end filter of the overspray.
• Certified specific filter for holding and separating residual overspray.
• Filter support structure with slits.
• Filtered air conveying plenum complete with electro-aspirator (s).
• Air expulsion line with nozzles for emission measurements.
• Control panel.
The cabins can be inserted on the painting systems.

DRY PAINTING BOOTHS WITH BLAST CHILLER

From 2 to 6 meters

Dry cabins with blast chillers made up of modular elements in galvanized sheet assembled by means of bolts. These are suitable for spray painting of manual or robotic type on elements and tops in wood, iron and similar materials. They are designed to pick up and separate the overspray from the air by means of a pre-and post-removal system with paint collecting filters on double-row metal panels, combined with a water recirculation blast chiller with final separation sections. The system offers ample guarantees of constant compliance with the regulations on atmospheric dust emissions currently in force. Finalized for an artisanal-industrial use, they preserve the principle of simplicity and rationality for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations, proving to be a reliable product over time, suitable for maintaining healthy indoor working areas and those of the external environment.

Cabins with blast chiller are composed of:

• Front-impact front-end filter of the overspray.
• Vertical panels with slots, arranged in two rows in an equidistant way, in support of the front paint-stop filtering septum.
• Pre-filtered air conveying plenum with connection for connection to the blast chiller.
• Blast chiller with residual particulate treatment sections.
• Water collection tank with recirculation pump and nebulizing devices inside the sections.
• Drawers with drip filter.
• Filtered air conveying plenum complete with electro-aspirator (s).
• Air expulsion line with nozzles for emission measurements.
• Control panel.

The cabins can be inserted on the painting systems. By integrating them with specific accessories, such as dirt separators and perimeter structure, they find various possibilities of use, optimizing their efficiency.
