Separators consisting of cylindrical sections made of galvanized or stainless steel sheet assembled by means of plug-in flanges. Its application is aimed at facilitating the cleaning and maintenance operations of the collection tanks present on the spray booths with a water abatement system and the separation of the residual sludge of paint (or others in suspension) that accumulate during the work phases. The device is designed for connection to the pumping system on the cabins or with an independent one.
Dirt separators consisting of:
• Connection fittings to its pumping system, to that on the cabins or other, for the recovery of water with residual sludge.• Upper filling and decanting section.• Water-sludge separation section with filtration group and residual concentration.• Access door for residual removal and filter change.• Decanted liquid containment section equipped with a recirculation device.• Control panel.
