PAINTING CABINS WITH DOUBLE MEMBRANE PUMP, SUITABLE TO imbue WOODEN SUPPORTS WITH WATER-BASED DYES

Painting machines consisting of modular elements in galvanized or stainless steel sheets assembled by bolts. On the two heads of the structure the adjustable openings are obtained for the entry and exit of the elements to be painted. The application system is essentially made up of a double diaphragm compressed air pump, a supply circuit for the spray nozzles and drippers with recovery and recirculation tank of the water-based impregnating/imbuing dye for wooden elements.

The apparatus is designed for insertion on a handling line with air transport, in such a way as to make the painting operation simpler, characterized by a quick color change and a uniform and rational use of the same.

In general we move from the manual solution, in which the operator works in close contact with the automated part, ergonomics and with greater safety and healthiness.

It is composed by:

• Arrangement for insertion in painting systems, with air conveyor at variable operating speed between 0 ÷ 9 m / min.
• Devices for connection to the ventilation system.
• External collecting tank connected to the pumping circuit.
• Spray ring dyed using spray nozzles with electro-mechanical control system for pressure and color recirculation.
• Internal sliding panels to contain the flow to facilitate the final internal cleaning operation.
• Internal packing drains for conveying the color on the external tank.
• Internal non-slip walking grating on a collection tank for cleaning water.
• Devices and machinery to facilitate color change or cleaning operations.
• Control and safety devices.
