The perimeter of insulation and soundproofing are structures for the confinement of areas or applied on operating machines that, in addition to their ability to reduce noise pollution, simultaneously perform the function of containing possible dust emitted during processing, improving the protection of employees and operational areas.
The design of these compartmentalised areas is carried out following the characteristics of the production cycle, the type of pollution generated and the layout of the company with a case by case study and made to measure.
As far as the operating machines are concerned, these are inserted inside cabins equipped with front doors with automatic or manual opening which, connected to special sensors, allow the persons in charge of carrying out the normal set-up operations in complete safety.
The confinement of the powders and the reintegration of the air sucked by the machine, to pick up the waste produced during the processing, are an important feature that the booth can easily make up for; to do this, the device has, in the upper part, pipes connected to the suction system, while a special conduit connected directly to the outside sucks, using the same internal depression, the air to be reintegrated.
Where it is useful, forced compensation is also adopted, suitable to maintain an adequate microclimate, according to needs.
As for the internal walls, they are covered with sound-absorbing material chosen based on the type of noise produced by the operating machine.
Solid and equipped with windows for a wide vision inside, is now a guarantee for the operation of the machine, but especially for the safety of your employees.
